We hope you’re happy with your Lucie Locket purchase. However, if you change your mind simply send your items back to us within 14 days and choose a refund or exchange. Remember to drop us a line at customer@lucielocket.com to let us know to expect it and include a note with your contact details, order number and the reason for your return. Please note that you can't return earrings for hygiene reasons. 

The items must be unworn, in their original packaging and wrapped carefully so they don’t get damaged on their journey. We recommend you send your item using a tracked service to:

Christmas gift returns - Over Christmas, we know you might need a little longer to return any unsuitable gifts, so from 16th November we'll accept any returns for a refund or exchange until 9th January.


Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase.  Please just let us know in writing that you would like to cancel your order, return the items to us within a further 14 days and once we receive the items back in the post from you we will issue you with a refund.  We will refund the cost of standard outbound delivery to get the goods to you, however you will need to cover the cost of delivery to return the items to us. If you selected an enhanced delivery method (eg, Next Day), you will be refunded the cost of Standard Delivery.


FAULTY?
We make all of our jewellery by hand and check every piece carefully. However, if a fault does arise, we want to put it right. If we can’t replace the item we will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund.


Just send the faulty item back to us using a tracked service and we’ll be happy to refund your postage costs. Please wrap the item carefully to avoid any further damage and don’t forget to include a note with your contact details and order number. We recommend you send your item using a tracked service.


If more than 3 months has passed since you purchased your item, we’ll need some more information from you, so please Contact Us before sending anything back to us.


I'VE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT AN ITEM I BOUGHT ONLINE. CAN I RETURN IT?


Yes, so long as it is unworn and you can provide proof of purchase, you can return your item within 14 days, and choose from a full refund or exchange.  For any returns within 28 days of purchase, upon proof of purchase we can offer an exchange.
