HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, or you can choose to pay with PayPal. Our site is fully secure. We use a leading card processing company to make sure your card details are kept safe at all times. All of our prices are in UK pounds sterling. We accept international payments, but your bank may charge you a small currency fee, so check with them first if you’re not sure. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you have ordered incorrectly please contact us as possible at customer@lucielocket.com, we will endeavour to amend your order before it is sent out. Unfortunately if your order has already been processed we will be unable to change any details. For information on our returns policy, please visit our Returns section.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If your order has already been processed we will be unable to change shipping details, please contact us as possible at customer@lucielocket.com, we will endeavour to amend your order before it is sent out.

I MISSED MY DELIVERY

Don’t worry, Royal Mail should have left a card telling you how to collect your parcel or re-arrange a delivery. If it’s already been sent back to us, we’ll get in touch when it arrives to arrange a second dispatch.
